Upendra is a thoroughbred entrepreneur who guards his independence with a ferocity that would make all four generations of his army ancestors proud. At age fourteen, armed with nothing more than a Dr. Stephen Covey inspired dream (whom he later helped to launch in India), he quit the safe environs of his native Dalhousie for Mumbai. At twenty one, he had his own agency to show for the effort.
