Malini is a seasoned communications professional with over 20 years of rich experience in both corporate and the agency side side of the Public Relations business and has a very strong relationships with media (both corporate and consumer). Over these years, she has worked on sectors such as eCommerce, Chemicals, Retail, Telecom, Real Estate...to name a few. Her last corporate stint was with eBay India, where she lead consumer PR, eBay for Charity and also managed internal communications for the India business. She was recognised for her work and was awarded with the prestigious 'Club Excellence' award at the APAC level.Prior to eBay India, she was heading the Corporate Communications function at Shoppers Stop Limited for over five years. Her role at Shoppers Stop entailed managing the entire spectrum from financial PR to IR, corporate and consumer PR. She was also responsible for the Annual Report of SSL, from conceptualizing to printing.Before leaping into the corporate communications world, She was at the agency side of the business and has worked with premier agencies namely Genesis Burson-Marsteller and Perfect Relations. At Perfect Relations she was awarded the Best Employee in the Western Region in the year 2004.
